Legal information and policies
Understand our terms, privacy practices, and commitment to your security. This page outlines important legal details to ensure transparency and compliance for both our clients and regulatory bodies.

Business protection and risk mitigation
Adobe Security Services LLC establishes strict rules to protect our business interests. Our "Retention of Title" policy means we legally own all security equipment and camera hardware until your invoice is paid in full. This right allows us to reclaim equipment if payment defaults, safeguarding our assets and ensuring fair business practices.

Legal disclosure and regulatory compliance
We explicitly inform clients about our data handling practices through our comprehensive Privacy Policy, ensuring transparency in how sensitive information is managed. This section also explains strict rules regarding contract timelines, including the required 30-day advance written notice for service cancellations, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Gateway approval for seamless transactions
The primary goal of this page is to satisfy federal and banking regulations, such as Nacha rules for WEB transactions. By providing clear and compliant legal documentation, we enable our ACH merchant processing account underwriter to safely approve our services, ensuring a smooth and secure payment experience for all our clients.
Key legal information for our clients
Understanding our policies ensures a clear and secure partnership. Here are the most important aspects of our legal terms regarding payments, equipment, cancellations, refunds, and data privacy.

Payment and equipment ownership
It is crucial for clients to understand that all installed cameras, NVR recording arrays, and cabling remain the absolute property of Adobe Security Services LLC until their invoice is paid in full. If a client defaults on payment, we retain the explicit legal right to reclaim and repossess that equipment.

Strict cancellation rules: 30-day notice
For ongoing support or camera cloud hosting services, clients must be aware that contracts roll into a month-to-month dynamic balance after the initial term. These services require a strict 30-day advance written notice to terminate. Please note that no partial or prorated refunds are given for mid-cycle cancellations.

Hardware versus labor refunds
Once our technicians cut wires and begin physical low-voltage installation labor on-site, that labor is completely non-refundable. Only unopened, unactivated equipment can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover diagnostic testing and handling. This policy ensures fair compensation for our on-site services.
Addressing common client questions
We understand you might have concerns about your security investment. This section directly addresses frequent questions to provide peace of mind regarding data privacy, system functionality, and contract flexibility.

Can anyone else access my private security camera feeds or data?
Clients are highly sensitive about the privacy of their surveillance footage and network infrastructure. We understand worries about hacking or data being sold. Adobe Security Services LLC enforces a strict zero third-party data sharing policy and utilizes bank-grade encryption layouts for all network and account configurations, ensuring your data remains absolutely private and secure.

What happens if my system stops working or an asset malfunctions?
Clients fear being left with broken cameras or facing massive, unexpected repair bills right after a costly installation. To address this, the page clearly outlines a dedicated one-year installation workmanship warranty to guarantee our craftsmanship. Additionally, original manufacturer hardware warranties are passed through to protect your physical equipment assets, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Am I locked into a permanent contract that I cannot get out of?
We understand that clients want flexibility. While our initial contracts establish a foundational agreement, our ongoing support and cloud hosting services transition to a month-to-month basis after the initial term. You are not locked into a permanent contract; simply provide the required 30-day written notice to terminate these services, ensuring you have control over your commitments.
